III. Structural Advantages
The furnace shell of the Carbon Black Content Tester for Wire and Cable Granules is made of thin steel plate through folding, edge welding and drawing. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining assembled from ceramic fiber materials. The spiral heating element is inserted into the inner furnace lining. The furnace is a sealed structure, and there is an air insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell.
The combustion tube can be directly inserted into or removed from the inner furnace. The high-temperature-resistant silica gel plug is equipped with a quartz glass gas inlet tube. The gas is added according to the standard through the three-way directional valve on the control panel and the gas flow meter. This equipment adopts an integrated structure. After the user purchases it, they can directly connect the power supply to start the furnace drying.
IV. Installation and Use
1. No special installation is required, and it can be placed on a flat indoor floor or workbench (stand). To ensure safe operation, the electric furnace shell must be reliably grounded.
2. The back of the electric furnace is equipped with gas inlet and outlet devices, which can be connected with nitrogen, air or mixed gas. When connecting the pipeline and three-way valve, the gas cylinder must be placed at least 4 meters away from the furnace, and the gas cylinder must be equipped with a pressure reducing valve. The hose connecting the gas cylinder and the carbon black tester should be a pressure-resistant rubber hose.
3. When the furnace temperature starts to rise, open the main valve of the nitrogen or mixed gas cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the minimum pressure, and open the valve on the control panel of the carbon black tester (pay attention to the direction). Fill the combustion tube at a flow rate of 2L/min. After the experiment is completed, close the main valve of the gas cylinder, check that all wiring is correct, and then you can energize and heat up.
